The FOX-PAC is designed primarily for motor vessels that have limited space and weight capacity for a sewage process system. Its maintenance includes periodic flushing. The FOX-PAC provides the same end result as any unit in our product line - efficient, low maintenance and trouble-free waste disposal in compliance with all international marine regulations (USCG/IMO certified Type II MSD). |
Fox-Pac offers these benefits:

System Principles & Unit Diagram |
The first operation is aeration. The influent enters the unit through the inlet connection and into the aeration chamber. In the aeration chamber, the raw sewage is mixed with the fluid in the chamber that contains a large concentration of very active aerobic bacteria that starts to consume the organic waste material in the sewage. Air is provided into the fluid through the air diffusers that supports the activities of the aerobic bacteria. The second operation is clarification and filtration. The fluid flows from the aeration chamber into the clarification and filtration chamber. As the fluid flows pass the filtration media in this chamber, organic waste that was not completely processed gets trapped in the filter media. The aerobic bacteria will then consume these particles trapped in the media completing the process. The third operation is the disinfection process. The fluid flows from the clarification and filtration chamber through the internal piping into the chlorine contact chamber. This chamber allows the fluid to pass through a chlorine mixture or an ultraviolet system in areas where chlorine disinfection is not allowed. It then retains the fluid in this chamber until all the bacteria that were allowed to pass through the previous chambers are killed off. |
